Distance inside Gurugram is rarely the hard part. The hard part is the tower: one freight lift, a booked window, a guard who wants the vehicle number on the register, and often a truck that cannot stand at the lobby. That is true whether you say Gurgaon or Gurugram. Sohna Road and Nirvana-side societies

Sohna Road and Nirvana-side societies add a second wrinkle — the truck often has to stand at a distance from the tower entrance. Long-carry manpower goes into the quote honestly instead of appearing as a surprise at the basement. Peak office traffic on Sohna Road also shapes when we prefer to roll the vehicle; we plan that with you after the survey, not with a slogan.

Sector 45–57 belt

The Sector 45 to 57 residential belt mixes older societies, denser parking basements and mid-rise towers that still insist on a freight-lift booking. Internal roads can be tight; a shuttle from the main road is sometimes smarter than forcing a larger truck into a jammed lane. That choice is written before load day so you are not negotiating with the guard while cartons are already stacked.

Udyog Vihar, Cyber City side and office floors

Office and cabin moves around Udyog Vihar and the Cyber City side follow a different clock: weekend or evening windows, IT / facility passes, and packing that keeps workstations and records labelled. We treat these as surveyed jobs with a written scope — not a generic “office shifting” brochure. Household moves that only pass through these corridors still follow the same lift and inventory rules as any other Gurugram tower.

New Gurgaon and the Dwarka Expressway sector belt

The newer sectors past Dwarka Expressway and along the wider New Gurgaon belt are a different job from old DLF colonies. Many towers are still filling up, service lifts are new but heavily booked, and internal roads inside the complex can be long. Here we plan for distance inside the gated campus, not just kilometres on the map between two pin codes.

Old Gurgaon, Kherki and builder floors

Old Gurugram colonies and independent builder floors mean staircases. Three floors of staircase with a double-door fridge and a 55-inch TV is a manpower question, and we answer it at survey time by counting the actual pieces, not by guessing from a floor plan. Palam Vihar–side and other older pockets often need a smaller vehicle plus long-carry rather than one oversized truck that cannot turn.

Our desk and our store are two different addresses

This confuses people, so plainly: 250, Kherki Road, Shree Ram Enclave, Gurugram 122505 is our GST and office address — that is a desk, not a godown. Packed household goods are stored at our Sector 102 warehouse near Dwarka Expressway, which has CCTV, pest control and fire cylinders. Do not send goods to Kherki Road expecting a store.

Moving Gurugram to Delhi, Noida, Faridabad or Ghaziabad

NH-48 and the Expressway make Gurugram-to-Delhi a routine same-day run for lighter homes when both lift slots are confirmed. Gurugram to Noida or Ghaziabad is longer; we usually recommend an early load so unloading finishes before the destination society closes its lift for the evening. Faridabad hops follow the same inventory discipline — numbered cartons, one signed sheet — whether the other end is a gali house or a newer tower.
